Suspected Zodiac Letter - 1981

This letter was postmarked March 8, 1981 in Atlanta, GA and refers to the notorious case of the "Child Murders" in Atlanta, Georgia. The letter contained language similar to some previous Zodiac letters. The author began with the phrase, "Hello it's me," and clearly suggested that he was the Zodiac from the California Bay Area. The writer stated, "By the way, if you still have the letters from the other murders, I am not writing in the same hand writing." The letter was signed, "Zodiac" and the author added a crossed circle at the bottom of the message. This suspected forgery was mentioned in the pages of the FBI files regarding the Zodiac case.
